The service is designed for legitimate business communication and brand operations.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date where needed.

You are responsible for the contacts you upload, the email content you create, and the campaigns or automations you send.

You must only upload and contact people where you have a lawful and appropriate basis to do so.

You are responsible for the contacts you upload and the emails you send through August Seventeen.

You must have permission to email recipients and follow the anti-spam rules that apply to your business and audience.

You may not send spam, misleading messages, illegal content, or messages that hide who you are or why someone is receiving them.

You may not use August Seventeen to send spam, misleading messages, harmful content, phishing attempts, malware, or abusive communications.

You may not use the service in a way that harms the platform, other users, recipients, or third-party services.

We may suspend sending, restrict an account, or terminate access if we see high bounce rates, spam complaints, abuse signals, or other activity that creates risk for the platform or recipients.

We may also take action if your use of the service affects deliverability, security, or the ability of other users to use the platform.

You must respect unsubscribe requests and other recipient preferences.

You may not remove, hide, disable, or bypass unsubscribe functionality where it is included in emails sent through the platform.

August Seventeen tracks email delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints so you can understand campaign performance and so we can improve the system.

Email analytics are used for reporting, deliverability, reliability, and abuse prevention.

August Seventeen uses external providers, including Resend, to operate parts of the service such as email delivery.

These providers are used only to operate and support the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted, August Seventeen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Your use of the service is your responsibility, including the results of campaigns, automations, and communications you send.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, abuses the service, creates risk for the platform, or is used for spam or unlawful activity.

You may stop using the service at any time.
